My role is to provide a quiet space where you can reconnect with your Self. However I can be of service, my commitment remains the same: to be present without judgement and hold space for you.

Land Acknowledgement
I acknowledge that I am living on the stolen sacred lands of many Indigenous Nations including the Huron-Wendat and Petun First Nations, the Seneca and the Mississaugas of the Credit River, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and is now home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit, and Metis People.
This territory is covered by the Dish With One Spoon Wampum Belt Convenant, an agreement between the Anishinabeg and Haudenosaunee allied nations to share peaceably and care for the lands around the Great Lakes.
I am grateful to live and work on treaty land in community with others. May my interactions within these pages as well as the services I provide, honour the Gods, my Ancestors and Theirs.

About Kelly
My path is about meeting each person where they are.
People arrive through different doors. Some seek relief from physical discomfort. Others are searching for clarity, understanding, or a deeper connection with themselves.
For more than forty years, I have worked with people through sacred service, intuitive guidance, hands-on bodywork and most recently assisting those make the final transition with legacy work, plans and ceremony. Along the way I have studied Reflexology, Lymphatic drainage massage, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Birth Doula, End of Life Doula, the Northern European tradition of Seiðr, the Runes and Doula work
My intention is to hold space for you to pause, to breathe, be heard, and discover what you need most in this moment.

Reflexology & Other Body Work
Our body often tells us what the mind has been trying to ignore.
Foot or Hand Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that uses specific pressure points on the hands and feet to encourage deep relaxation and support the body’s natural ability to restore balance. Each session provides an opportunity to slow down, listen to what your body may be communicating, and create space for rest and renewal. Group Reflexology is available as well.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a gentle technique that supports your body’s natural drainage system. Using slow, light, rhythmic movements, it encourages the flow of lymph—a clear fluid that helps carry immune cells, remove waste, and maintain fluid balance throughout the body. Because the lymphatic system depends on movement rather than a pump, this gentle approach can support its natural flow while providing a deeply calming and restorative experience.
Reiki offers a gentle, supportive space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and simply receive. Using light touch or hands held just above the body, each session is guided by your individual needs and offered without expectation or agenda. Whether you are seeking rest, reflection, or a quiet place to gather yourself, Reiki invites you to pause, breathe, and return to yourself with greater ease and presence.
Aromatherapy is added to reflexology and lymphatic drainage massage sessions complimentary. Vegan based conduits are available, essential oils made here in Canada, the formula customized to the needs of the client for that session. * see Connections section for aromatherapy company details

What To Expect
As part of the appointment process, there will be an intake form to complete, The more details provided, the better your experience. An updated form will be required after 12 months. All intake forms are shredded after 6 months of inactivity.

Rune Readings, Aspects of Soul
Some questions require another way to explore an answer – a different way of listening. One that invites reflection, perspective, and a deeper understanding of the paths unfolding before us.
For more than forty years, I have worked with the wisdom of the Elder Uthark and the traditions of Seiðr, learning from teachers in Sweden whose guidance was rooted in the forests, ancient burial mounds, sacred stone sites, and the rhythm of the sea. Their teachings continue to shape how I approach this work today—with humility, respect, and a deep connection to the land, ancestors, and the threads that weave our lives together.
A Rune Reading is an opportunity to pause, explore what is emerging, and discover new perspectives that may already be quietly asking for your attention.
Whether you arrive with a specific question or simply a sense that something is shifting, the runes offer a space for reflection, insight, and meaningful conversation.
Alongside rune work, I also offer Aspects of Soul, a body of work entrusted to me by one of my teachers in Sweden. It is offered with deep respect for its origins and for those who are called to explore it.
This approach explores twenty-four aspects of the soul, offering another way of understanding recurring patterns, dreams, inner experiences, or moments that feel difficult to explain. Rather than providing definitive answers, it invites a deeper relationship with yourself and the wisdom already present within.

Some people come with a specific question they would like to explore. Others are looking for a broader reading to help bring perspective to the weeks or months ahead. Together, we will decide what feels most appropriate for you and your intention.
Using the Elder Futhark runes as a guide, we will explore the patterns, influences, and possibilities surrounding your situation.
At the conclusion of your session, you will receive an audio recording of the reading so you can return to it whenever you wish. Many people find that new insights emerge as they revisit the conversation over time

Milestones and Transitions
Life is filled with moments that deserve to be acknowledged. From welcoming new beginnings to honouring endings, I offer meaningful ways to recognize and acknowledge life’s important transitions, including personalized ceremonies and compassionate end-of-life planning.

Teaching & Facilitating
Learning has the power to open new perspectives, deepen understanding, and inspire meaningful conversation. Whether you are exploring these traditions for the first time or looking to expand an existing practice, workshops and presentations are designed to be engaging, accessible, and welcoming to people of all backgrounds.
Topics may include Seiðr, the Elder Uthark, Aspects of Soul, Norse mythology, symbolism, and related spiritual traditions, with sessions tailored to the interests and experience of your group.
Each presentation is grounded in over forty years of study, personal practice, and teachings received from respected mentors, while encouraging curiosity, thoughtful discussion, and respectful exploration.
Workshops and presentations can be adapted for community organizations, private groups, spiritual communities and festivals.
Each gathering will leave participants with new knowledge, as well as new questions to explore, deeper connections to themselves and one another, and an appreciation for the wisdom carried within.

Wyrd Healing is located in the east end of Toronto,is accessible and close to the subway. Remote appointments are available with an additional travel fee.
I do provide a sliding scale for those with a financial barrier and have a Pay What You Can Sunday every month at the east end location. Please reach out to discuss.
